Metal zipper

Metal zipper is the oldest zipper and it is made by shaped element (teeth) made by metal (such as brass or aluminum) mesh with polyester tape.
In SGS, raw material supplier is strictly controlled, guaranteed lead contain and confirmed specification to secure the zipper's performance.
SGS can offer metal zipper in special pattern: colored elements (rainbow teeth), silky tape, 100% cotton tape, etc.
SGS is able to treat the surface to the metal zipper teeth with crystal protection paint to avoid any color change of the metal zipper during transportation and storage in wet condition. It must be indicated clearly during order stage.
High class metal zipper is enhanced zipper based on normal metal zipper. Better in looking, higher performance and strength.

SGS can offer high class metal zipper in 2 patterns:
1. Flat element with enhanced strength;
2. Element with two points.

SGS could offer metal zipper type as follow:
1. Flat elements with enhanced strength
This pattern of the metal zipper has ultra-strength, lateral strength could achieve more than 900N.
The elements will never drop unless the tape is destroyed.
This pattern of zipper is usually called "Euro-pattern" or Swiss Teeth zipper in Asia market.
With mirror polishing, the elements' surface will be very shining and it can meet high end customer requirements.

2. Element with two points:
This pattern of metal zipper is enhanced with teeths shape, better in looking and most of the user uses this pattern of zipper for high end coat as two-way open end zipper.
