SGS overcome a great technical difficulty this year, developed a unique anti-broken with water proof zipper. Traditional hard case traveling bag is found for a major safty problem. With the help of any sharp stick shape tool, normal nylon zipper can be easily open. An anti-broken zipper can be found in the market, however, the production capacity and lead time is far too long for real application on the bag industry. SGS re-design the zipper with special process so that the zipper can be waterproof also with the lateral strength to be over 2000 newton.
