Nylon (Coil) zipper is manufactured with polyester tape sewing with shaped polyester monofilament to function as teeth. It is light in weight, short in manufacturing lead time. It is the most common zipper in the world.

Nylon zipper's teeth is normally shaped as follow:
Special nylon zipper with colored thread, shinning elements (gold, silver, etc.), printed zipper is available in SGS.
Water proof zipper could be manufactured in SGS.
Raw material is strongly controlled in SGS, we do not use recycle material, strength and performance is guaranteed in SGS, all chemical dyeing stuff is 100% purchased to Oeko-tex standard 100 class I requirement.

1. Nylon zipper could be applying in sportswear, outdoor wear with light duty, shinning color. Together with plastic injection stop, it will function better with no sharp point and avoids scratch.
2. Normal nylon zipper could be used in casual wear, pants, and jacket.
3. Long zipper with controlled length (tol +/- 2cm) could be used in mattress, wardrobe, etc. It is easy for mattress manufacturer to use in full automatic production line, to reduce the production cost. SGS has a special workshop aim for mattress zipper with steady capacity.
4. Invisible nylon zipper is used.
